The Challenge
To maintain competitiveness as many cheaper generic products were being released, Sculptra, the original collagen booster product, needed unique differentiating points for the brand.
Our Idea
Establish a firm brand identity as a “premium collagen booster,” and create content that can emotionally connect with customers through storytelling.
Our Approach
Instagram
To convey Sculptra’s unique selling point such as “wrinkle improvement,” we approached our customers via Instagram with emotional keywords like “time,” “impression,” and “parents” to garner rapport and appeal.
Influencer Marketing
By collaborating with numerous influential beauty influencers on Instagram, we aimed to communicate Sculptra’s unique selling points.
Digital Campaign and events
Campaigns such as the Sculptra Authenticity Campaign, Sculptra Time, and Find Sculptra were promoted to generate UGC and facilitate interaction with the target audience.
Asset Development
To establish Sculptra’s premium image, we renewed the official website, produced branded videos using global/local assets and crafted the key claim “Filled from within the skin.“
