The Challenge
Prior to the campaign, Cetaphil’s main target was centered around the millennial or “working mom” generation. The brand felt a strong need to expand its target audience, especially to reach the younger MZ generation.
Our Idea
In order to help Cetaphil continue to break away from its “Derma” image and reach a wider audience, we thought it would be crucial to produce content relatable to the interests of the younger generation. Such interests would include travel and various sports.
Our Approach
Localized SNS Campaign
After careful strategizing, we launched our local version of the “We Do Skin, You Do You,” campaign. The core message? Go ahead and enjoy every moment—Cetaphil’s got your skin covered.
Influencer Marketing
We teamed up with top micro and mega influencers—from avid golfers and runners to tennis pros and travel wanderers. The point was to watch them savor every moment of their passions, all while keeping their skin in check with Cetaphil.
Branded Video with Mega Influencer Kang So-yeon
We partnered with a trending Mega Influencer and a dermatologist to further product introductions and demonstrations. The co-appearance of a dermatologist reinforced Cetaphil’s credible reputation as a verified solution for sensitive skin.
Sales Activity Support through multi-channels
We ensured a boost sales via Kakao Channel Talk and Owned Channels and conducted videos of micro-influencers shopping for Cetaphil in Olive & Young.
